ROLE 
I designed a questionnaire for their customers in an inclusive and friendly tone so that they can match users with the right products based on their particular needs.

PROBLEM
There is not a convenient way for users to get personalized help outside of a doctor's office if they are having issues conceiving, causing undo stress. In addition, once users get pregnant, they do not have any way to continue to get additional support.

SOLUTIONS
This questionnaire isn't a static, one and done thing, as customers needs will evolve over time -- for instance they will get pregnant or time as passed, and they need additional support.
I created the fertility profile while following the Bird&Be branding guidelines, using the provided color scheme and Poppins font family. The style and tone of voice feels thoughtful, inviting, modern (millennial) and trustworthy because I wanted to ensure that the customer feels that these are very sensitive issues which will be handled with respect and care.
